When you see an item that interests you, simply use the 'Buy' button next to the item, remembering to select the quantity required and it will be added to your shopping basket. This does not mean you have purchased the item, you can use the 'Your Basket' button at any point to view your selections. You may decide later whether to purchase any or all of them.
The shopping basket will allow you to see the total value of the goods chosen, remove items or change quantities at any time whilst browsing the site.
When you've finished selecting your desired items, proceed to the 'Secure Checkout' where you will be asked to supply delivery details and credit / debit card information. You will also be able to tell us what you require if you have ordered a custom lettered flag - At this point, you will be in our secure area.
When you 'Submit Order' we will e-mail your order confirmation receipt together with a unique order reference number.
If you do not wish to order online you still use the shopping basket. Go to checkout, print the form then fill out your details by hand and post your order to us.

Your credit card is only charged when your goods are ready for dispatch. When your order is dispatched it will contain a detailed receipt, showing the cost of each item and delivery charge made.
Returned Goods
Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase Proud To Be British Ltd. offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all products (from date of receipt). If you would like to return or exchange an item, please click here to fill out a request form, and we will send you a returns envelope and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable unless goods are faulty. |
